About
Our Vision and Mission
CENUW is the University of Washington chapter of the China Entrepreneur Network, a student-driven organization based in Seattle.
We connect members with local entrepreneurs, startup founders, and professionals from leading technology companies, offering direct exposure to Seattle’s dynamic business and innovation ecosystem. Through workshops, networking, and project-based experiences, members gain hands-on understanding of business strategy, venture development, and real-world corporate decision-making.
In collaboration with the Foster School of Business and organizations across Seattle’s professional network, we prepare students to explore careers in consulting, technology, finance, and entrepreneurship.
We welcome students who are intellectually curious, business-minded, and eager to develop the skills and mindset of future business leaders.
Programs
CEN BUSINESS CHALLENGE
CEN Business Challenge (CBC) unites 500+ startup teams and 1,000+ entrepreneurs worldwide for a month of innovation. With one-on-one guidance from professionals mentors, participants will refine their business models, sharpen market insights, and develop strategies in fundraising, branding, and growth.
DINNER WITH PROFESSIONALS
Dinner With Professionals (DWP) connects students with professionals across business, politics, and technology. Through formal dinner conversations, students gain career insights and build connections that often lead to future opportunities.
CAREER CHALLENGE
CEN Career Challenge helps students prepare for job interviews and workplace dynamics through events like mock interviews, networking scenarios, and teamwork challenges. Each year’s progra may vary, ultimate aim is to builds adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills for future career success.
